The Race equity Maturity Index (REMI) is a self-assessment tool that allows organisations to track and improve their race equity maturity levels. This session will support organisations in their on-going REMI implementation journey. It is especially targeted at organisations that are considering using the REMI or those that have decided and are in the early stages of implementation.
The session will employ practical and reflective activities to facilitate collaborate solution building with like-minded health and care professionals. Attendees will also be given on-hand advice and guidance to enable them to effectively embed the REMI into existing organisational structures.
