SUMMARY:REMI Booster Support Session: Advancing implementation and addressing challenges
DESCRIPTION:The Race equity Maturity Index (REMI) is a self-assessment tool that allows organisations to track and improve their race equity maturity levels. This session will support organisations in their on-going REMI implementation journey.  It is especially targeted at organisations that are considering using the REMI or those that have decided and are in the early stages of implementation.  \nThe session will employ practical and reflective activities to facilitate collaborate solution building with like-minded health and care professionals.
