We have worked with the following organisations on a number of partnership projects.
The Race Equality Foundation are working with the Mental Health Providers Forum as part of the Department of Health Strategic Partners programme
The Mental Health Providers Forum aims to improve the range and quality of mental health services that are accessible by working to increase the involvement of the voluntary and community sector in delivering these services. They want to ensure that service users have access to joined up, seamless services from the organisations that support them. We facilitate this through supporting and promoting information exchange and the sharing of best practice across the voluntary, statutory and private sectors.
The Race Equality Foundation are working with MENTER as part of the Coalition of BME VCS organisations.
MENTER is a regional network of black and minority ethnic voluntary organisations and community groups in the East of England Region, managed by representatives of its membership. The MENTER vision is for a future where inequalities are addressed, there is no racism and all black and minority ethnic communities are properly valued for their contribution to the region and their participation in local democracy.
Please note, as of June 2013, MENTER is no longer running at full capacity, and their website may not work/be updated.
